Old Testament / Exodus 19 / Moses on Mount Sinai / Revelation and obedience / On the theme of religious freedom. It has often been claimed that religion liberates humanity. But how is this so? In this lecture drawing on texts from the Old Testament, we will discuss whether worldly liberation and otherworldly obedience can co-exist in a state of productive contradiction.

Lars Dreiucker ist Leiter der diskurs-philosophischen Sparte des Lausitz Festivals. Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der SRH Berlin School of Popular Art, freier Kurator und Autor. Die letzte Dekade war er leitender Kurator der Sprechsaal Galerie, Berlin. Seine Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind: Phänomenologie, Ästhetik, Logik, Theorie der Popkultur.
